1. Scope of this policy
This privacy policy applies to the public educational website known as Clinical Portal 2026. The portal is designed to provide general paediatric education resources for parents and caregivers.
2. Information not collected in the initial version
The initial version of the portal does not provide patient login, appointment booking, prescription services, medical-record storage, contact forms, or any feature intended for submission of patient-specific medical information.
Users should not submit personal medical information through the portal or attempt to use it for individualized clinical communication.
3. Patient-specific data
No patient-specific medical data is collected or stored in the initial version. The portal is intended to remain public, read-only, and educational.
4. Technical information
As with most websites, hosting providers may process limited technical information necessary to deliver website pages securely and reliably, such as request logs or device/browser information. Clinical Portal 2026 does not use that information to provide patient-specific services in the initial version.
5. Analytics, cookies, and tracking
The initial version of the portal is planned without analytics, user accounts, or patient-tracking features. If anonymous analytics or other optional technologies are introduced later, this policy should be updated before or at the time of that change.
6. Website feedback form
The portal may link to an optional external Google Form for website feedback. This form is outside the static portal and is only for non-clinical feedback about website usability, clarity, and topic suggestions.
Visitors should not submit names, phone numbers, patient details, symptoms, reports, appointment requests, prescriptions, medical questions, or emergencies through the feedback form. The form is not for medical advice, patient-specific consultation, appointments, prescriptions, or urgent help.
Google Forms, Google Sheets, and related Google services may process or store submitted responses outside the static portal. Responses may be stored in Dr. Murali's Google Drive or linked Google Sheet. The static portal itself does not store feedback submissions.
Feedback may be manually reviewed for website improvement. Abusive, irrelevant, or accidental patient-specific submissions may be ignored or deleted where practicable. External Google services have their own privacy practices.
7. External links
The portal may link to external clinical guidance or professional organisations. External websites are governed by their own privacy policies and practices, which may differ from this portal.
8. Future changes
If the portal later adds new functions such as analytics, downloadable services, or additional features involving user-submitted information, the privacy policy should be reviewed and updated to reflect the actual data practices before those features are made public.
9. Contact and clinical communication
This portal is not intended for urgent medical communication, clinical consultation, or transmission of personal health information. For medical concerns, users should contact an appropriate qualified healthcare professional through established clinical channels.
